What insurance do vans have?

All our vans come with comprehensive insurance with a €600 deductible. This all-inclusive insurance offers extensive coverage, including protection against collisions, third-party damage, theft, vandalism, and other unforeseen events. The €600 deductible represents the maximum amount you would pay in the event of an accident before the insurance covers the remaining costs. This gives you solid, complete protection for your trip while keeping the rental rate affordable. What is the minimum age to rent a campervan?

The minimum age to rent a campervan with us is 25, and at least two years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license is required. This policy ensures the safety and driving experience of our customers, while also giving them the opportunity to enjoy campervan travel from a young age. If you meet these requirements, we’re ready to help you plan your campervan adventure!

When is the remaining payment due?

During the booking process, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival, either in cash or via bank transfer, according to your preference. You will also need to pay the deposit at that time. Our team will be available to provide you with detailed information about payment methods and assist you with the remaining payment so you can begin your exciting campervan adventure. What should I do if I have an accident or cause damage to the van?

In case of an accident or damage to the van, follow these steps:

  • Call us: If the incident is not serious, contact us immediately at the number provided in your rental agreement. We will be available to provide guidance and assistance.
  • In case of emergency: If it is a serious emergency requiring medical or police assistance, call your local emergency number, which in Spain is 112. Safety is always our priority.
  • 24/7 Assistance: For 24/7 assistance, you can contact our support team at +34 934 89 05 67. We are ready to help you at any time.
  • Photographic documentation: Take photos of the damage to the van, if it is safe to do so. These images can be helpful for processing any insurance claims and documenting the situation.

What equipment does the campervan have?

  2. Camping Areas and Rest Areas: Tenerife has designated camping areas and rest areas where you can park your campervan. These areas usually offer amenities such as restrooms and picnic areas.
  3. Camping and Caravan Parks: On the island, you’ll also find campsites and caravan parks that offer facilities for parking campervans, as well as additional services such as electricity and water.

Check in and Check out

Check-in: For the check-in process, please let us know your arrival time in advance. Upon arrival, you will need to sign the rental agreement. Our team will be available to assist you with this process and ensure everything is in order so you can start your trip smoothly.

Check-out: When it’s time to check out, please note the following:

  • Empty the chemical toilet and grey water tanks of the camper following the provided instructions. This is essential for maintaining the camper’s hygiene.
  • Please remember that the security deposit will be returned 48 hours after the end of the rental period. This time is used for the inspection and verification of the camper.
