All our vans come with comprehensive insurance with a €600 deductible. This all-inclusive insurance offers extensive coverage, including protection against collisions, third-party damage, theft, vandalism, and other unforeseen events. The €600 deductible represents the maximum amount you would pay in the event of an accident before the insurance covers the remaining costs. This gives you solid, complete protection for your trip while keeping the rental rate affordable. What is the minimum age to rent a campervan?
The minimum age to rent a campervan with us is 25, and at least two years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license is required. This policy ensures the safety and driving experience of our customers, while also giving them the opportunity to enjoy campervan travel from a young age. If you meet these requirements, we’re ready to help you plan your campervan adventure!
When is the remaining payment due?
During the booking process, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival, either in cash or via bank transfer, according to your preference. You will also need to pay the deposit at that time. Where can I park in Tenerife?
Check in and Check out
Check-in: For the check-in process, please let us know your arrival time in advance. Upon arrival, you will need to sign the rental agreement. Our team will be available to assist you with this process and ensure everything is in order so you can start your trip smoothly.
Check-out: When it’s time to check out, please note the following:
- Empty the chemical toilet and grey water tanks of the camper following the provided instructions. This is essential for maintaining the camper’s hygiene.
- Please remember that the security deposit will be returned 48 hours after the end of the rental period. This time is used for the inspection and verification of the camper.
