Check-in / Pick-up

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Other times, Sundays and public holidays: upon request (surcharge may apply)

Check-out / Drop-off

• By 12:00 PM

Mileage

• 100 km included per day.
• Additional kilometers: €0.30 per km.

Insurance

• Comprehensive insurance with excess.
• In case of damage due to negligence, the customer is responsible up to the excess amount.

Booking and Payment

• A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 70% is due on the day of pickup.
• A security deposit will be required by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental.
• Within the 15 days prior, the 30% deposit is forfeited.

Usage Conditions

• Minimum driver age: 25 years and two years of driving experience.
• Valid type B driving license required.
• Non-EU residents: valid international driving permit required.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum rental of 3 days (shorter bookings subject to surcharge).
• Travel with a dog is permitted for an additional fee of €50.

Pickup and Return

• The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full.
• Grey water and toilet cassette must be emptied upon return.
• Mandatory final cleaning fee: €50.
• Pickups or returns outside scheduled hours may incur a surcharge.

Restrictions

• Leaving the island is permitted only with prior notice.
• Attending festivals or mass events is prohibited without prior authorization.
• Driving on unpaved tracks is not permitted.
