We begin our journey in the vibrant capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz. The good news is that we found great free parking nearby (https://goo.gl/maps/g7U7HP7TMQTG5cKfA) for our camper. From the port of Santa Cruz, you can embark on an exciting boat trip to another beautiful Canary Island: Gran Canaria. This option is perfect for those who wish to explore beyond Tenerife and immerse themselves in the diversity that the Canary Islands have to offer. Now, are you ready to explore this lively city?

2. Playa Las Teresitas: A dream beach and something surprising.

Time to sunbathe and take a dip at Playa Las Teresitas! This beach of golden sand imported from the Sahara is simply paradisiacal. But here’s the curiosity: did you know that Las Teresitas was the result of an ambitious project to create a cargo port that eventually became this magnificent beach?

3. Playa Las Gaviotas: An oasis of tranquility with black sand.

If you prefer a less crowded and more natural beach, head to Playa Las Gaviotas. Its black sands and relaxed atmosphere will make you fall in love instantly. Ideal for a moment of serenity by the sea!

In addition, we have found two places with free parking: one next to the courthouse and another at the old bus station.

6. Bajamar: Natural pools and breathtaking views

In Bajamar, impressive natural pools await you, inviting you to take a refreshing dip. Enjoy the connection with nature and marvel at the panoramic ocean views. In addition, we have found a perfect place to rest in the middle of nature: the Agro Camping Invernaderito. Camp under the stars and relax in this cozy corner.

7. Punta Hidalgo: Lighthouse and Dos Hermanos for the adventurous hiker.

Punta Hidalgo is another treasure to discover in our itinerary. Explore its famous lighthouse and walk along the trails that will take you to the imposing cliffs known as “Dos Hermanos”. A paradise for hiking and nature lovers!

8. Tacoronte and Mesa del Mar: A unique corner with natural pools.

Tacoronte offers you the opportunity to visit Mesa del Mar, a unique place with beaches and natural pools. Arrive early to make sure you find a good place to park your camper and enjoy the natural beauty that this corner of Tenerife has to offer.

9. La Baranda, the chill out paradise in Sauzal

Need a moment of relaxation? In Sauzal, visit the famous chill out restaurant La Baranda and try their delicious brunch and breakfast. You will feel refreshed and ready to continue the adventure!

10. Puerto de la Cruz: History and fun in one place.

The charming Puerto de la Cruz will welcome you with its large public parking lot at the pier. Explore its streets full of history and enjoy its lively atmosphere. There is so much to discover in this coastal city.

11. On the way to Garachico: The charm of Charco del Viento and Charco las Mujeres.

On our way from Puerto de la Cruz to Garachico, we will find two natural wonders that we should not miss: Charco del Viento and Charco las Mujeres. These impressive natural pools are located in a nearby area and are the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim in the middle of nature.

12. Punta Teno: A natural spectacle to conclude the trip.

We ended our adventure in Punta Teno, although it is not accessible by camper, it is worth the effort! Park at Buenavista and take a gugua or cab to get there. The sunset in this place is simply marvelous, the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable trip.
